ATMOSPHERE: Small, quiet, informal, and polite
WINES: I'm a fan of white port, so that's why I picked this place. It was good, but Prager's still wins when it comes to port for me. Tasting was $5.
POURER: A quiet gentleman
GOODIES: Wellington is the type of place where you can converse with the visitors and make new friends. I had a nice time, but it was unmemorable because unfortunately - the atmosphere, pourer, and wines all lacked spunk.
